  "Told me to arrive at 12pm to replace window screen.
  Then told it would take 5hrs to replace.
  Was not informed about time it would take, so I made no arrangements to be picked up or the chance to hire a car, told that the nearest place I could 'hang out' was McDonalds.
  Sent out into the hot sun (I'm bald) and got sunburnt and blistered.
  Then was rung up 3 1/2 hrs later and told "sorry the replacement is broken, we cant do it today."
