  "I had to use this place because of Mechanical Insurance policy. I always come away with the feeling I\'ve been ripped off and have had to return the car multiple times when they\'ve failed to fix the problem it was in for - they appear to only have a couple of young mechanics who look pretty young and inexperienced.

  Expect to wait 15 minutes at drop off and pick-up time as Tony spends a large portion of his time chatting on the phone.

  "Would not recommend these people!!! We were required to take our vehicle to them, as they were approved by the insurance company. Upon receiving the vehicle back, we found that while in their possession our vehicle had the back bumper dented. It had been taken off, hammered out, and replaced. However, we noticed, as there were little dents all over the bumper, and we took it off ourselves to have a look. These hammer dents were fresh! We asked Tony about this, and he denied this had… anything to do with them. We will never go back there, and wouldn't recommend others to go there either! They are still listed as approved by some insurance companies, and recently when my car had fuel pump issues, I was told I could use them.....Not again in this lifetime! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

  "I put my car in to have a new manifold put in at the recommendation of AA. It took 3 days to do it, with no communication apart from me ringing them on a daily basis. I was told that the couriers had delivered the manifold to the wrong place. When I picked up the car I asked if the warrant had be done, but was told they had forgot to do it. I was without a work vehicle for 3 days and wasn't even offered a replacement vehicle. Very disappointing. Wouldn't go back there!"

  "Had to be towed there as my clutch cable snapped. Thought it would be fine as they are AA apporoved. Unfortunately, the work was shoddy, cable snapped last week again (the car has been driven less than 500kms in the last 6 months also) - upon examination, a part was found to have been put in back to front. Also, a hole was cut in the structure of the car to fit the cable - which is deemed an unwarrantable modification. They did not tell me about the hole - my own mechanic informed me upon… inspection. I have a classic car, so I am entirely unimpressed."

  "Just had my car in needing a head gasket repaired and found Tony great to deal with, and the job was done very well and price was great, car now goes the best It ever has. I have never had any bad dealings with Tony or the workshop, hard to understand some comments I have read. I have never met anyone so honest. "
