    "I needed a washing machine door handle to be replaced. It is just a mechanical part and I did mention the actual problem clearly when making arrangements for repair.

    The visiting technician told me that all the electrical inside the door was damaged and the total cost of fixing the door handle will be $300. There is no electrical part inside the washing machine door. I got the door handle replaced from another place for $79

    Either the technician is not qualified to carry out these repairs… or he was hoping he could lie his way through to make the extra money."

    "After a substandard job was done, I called to tell the office that I would pay their bill but they had an unhappy customer. 30 minutes later the trades man who attended the job called and abused me for about 5 minutes on the phone. This is a shocking reaction to an unhappy customer who has agreed to pay your bill even though they had to pay again to get a reputable company back to do the job properly! Avoid!!!"

    "I recently had a bad experience with this company. Asked them to fix our FRIDGE, but a month later, the problem resurfaced. Contacted them the second time to fix it AGAIN. The same technician fixed it, but now, we are left with a broken FREEZER which was working perfectly fine!! Rang the company and talked to the manager to complain. But all he did was defend his staff, claim it's not his responsibility to fix a faulty fridge (like, what??), spoke to me in a rude and very unprofessional manner,… raised his voice on me, told me to go away and hung up the phone on me. Cant understand how this company is still in business to be honest!"

    "I engaged Total Appliance Services to establish whether a dishwasher (in my rental property) was worth fixing. Their email manner was quite forceful and the lady on the phone sounded stressed. The technician told me nothing I didn't already know and neglected to take down the correct model number (so he couldn't get quotes for parts), leaving me back at square one with a bill of $118. A total waste of time, I would not recommend using Total Appliance Services."
