" got a promotional voucher from these guys and it was awesome! Saved myself over $1,000 in what I would normally pay to get all this work done on my car - plus got some other
work done as well. Never been to them before but will be using them as my regular garage from now on.

"After electing to use one of the voucher options I had purchased last year from Van Beers I booked my car into have the front brakes changed and the tyres rotated. This was done but as well as that, without checking with me, the rotors were changed (they did not need changing). I had a mechanic confirm this before I booked in my car with Van Beers. I am fed up with car repairers and the dishonest nature of how they drum up business. Why can't people just be honest! I was left with a… $500+ invoice. My husband had just passed away a few weeks before and I was not in an emotional state to deal with this so I paid and left. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Don't fall for the voucher deal. It's just a way of getting you in the door, then they take advantage of you."

"Pretty disgusting service. One of the guys that works there threatened to come find me and beat me up, really childish behavior. The voucher deal is a complete waste of money. Tried to charge my partner $450 to replace 2x tires - got quoted $200 from Tony's Tire Service. Don't waste your time with Van Beers."

"Booked in for warrant and needed a few things done (although car drove fine before), job was done quickly although everytime I asked what cost estimate was they avoided saying anything. Tried to charge me $200 odd for replacement headlight but got one off trademe for $40, charged me $250 for two second-hand tyres without notifying me which I thought was overpriced as i\'ve seen brand new tyres for sale for under $100. Ended up costing much more than I expected. So in general a good job… quality job done (so far) but in my opinion untrustworthy, probably won\'t go back there."
