"I used Rob to install a new laundry tub and connect the waste from a heat pump dryer. He did the tub OK although made no effort to stop water flooding the floor when disconnecting the washing machine.
For the dryer he didn't seem to know how to connect it to the tub and was going to go away for a different part despite having done that once already for the tub. This didn't fill me with any…"
