"Very friendly and quick, were upfront about costs and advised of the risks about the job before going ahead which I greatly appreciated. And even though I was concerned a little while later about an issue popping up from that job possibly being done incorrectly, they didn't try to deflect or avoid responsibility but took the car back straight away to double check and didn't charge me for it…"
