"We hired Alberto 12 years ago and were satisfied with the bathroom renovations carried out then but, 3 years ago I noticed a wet floor in my rumpus room directly below my ensuite. I ripped open the ceiling in the rumpus room to be greated with wet joists covered in black mould. It turned out that the plumber Alberto hired didnt apply any sealant around my ensuite shower mixer which is hidden by the facia covering this appalling workmanship. Over the years, water slowly leaked behind the facia… and filled up the wall which then went down into the ceiling above the rumpus room. Alberto offered to redo the ensuite to compensate for his plumbers terrible workmanship, we are still unable to use the ensuite three years after this due to it being unfinshed and holes all over the place in the walls and ceiling. Alberto is Spanish and doesnt understand english properly ( whatever ! ) so he was very difficult to explain what was required to finish the job and he took offence after I sternly asked him to hurry up and finish the job. Because it took so long to redo, most of the items he uneccessarily destroyed and said he would replace, then became obsolete. The new shower he fitted was totally different from the one he fitted in the main bathroom and when I got angry at him for stuffing us around and just fitting anything HE wanted instead of trying to match what was there, he took his tools and never came back.

THIS MAN IS A LIAR AND NEVER TURNS UP ON TIME OR CARRIES OUT WORK THE WAY HE SAYS HE WILL DO.

There is so much that went wrong but I could be on here for days!"

"Absolutely useless, would not recommend to anyone.
Job was for a small kitchen renovation.
They wanted a large deposit and then took forever to start the job after deposit was paid.
Communication was non existent, I had to keep calling Alberto to find out what was going on and when they would finally start.
Have never seen tradies as messy as these guys when working, no drop mats, spread their mess into the lounge.
Kitchen was installed very poorly, pantry cupboard was crooked and there… was gaps between the drawer units.

Ended up getting the job redone by another company."

"Alberto who owns this company was difficult to deal with. The kitchen renovation was not up to scratch, and attention to detail was lacking. To date I have a pantry that won't open and close, and kickboards that are too short for the height of the cabinetry. It was easier to leave it like this than to try to deal with the owner / director of the company. Worst renovation experience I've had to date."
