  "David quoted us for the gate for $900 it is not the cheapest but we used him as his rating was good.it turns out he only did the gate,no gate stopper,does not include the beans and concrete and all other things for the same price which is very pricy. Would not use him again."

  "Very impressed with David. I got him to repair an internal door jamb.
  Came round to inspect the job the very next morning. Sourced the replacement door handle mechanism which meant we could use the existing door handles.
  Did an excellent job - friendly, clean & tidy, great finish to the door jamb (which he managed to partially replace, saving us money). And very importantly to me and my sleeping young baby, was super considerate - closing doors behind him each time to minimise the… noise.
  
  Will definitely call David again if we have any other building jobs."

  "I\'m not one to give 100% on anything, but Earlswood were impossible to fault.

  I texted at about 1pm on Thursday. David texted back within an hour and called a couple of hours later. 8am the next morning Alex came to look at the job and that afternoon called with a price. He told me that they were busy the next week or so, but if I liked he could come in the next day (Saturday) at midday and do the job.

  Bang on 12pm Saturday, the doorbell rang and there he was, Couple of hours later;… job done, workplace clean and Alex was on his way.

  "David did a wonderful job of renovations on our 1892 cottage. He was adaptable ( no straight lines in the place) versitile ( laid bathroom tiles to save us having to get another tradesman out to the rather remote location,) coordinated all of the sub trades most efficiently and charged reasonably. He is also extremely friendly, explains everything perfectly and is totally reliable. You won't do better."

  "Geoff came to quote on building an interior wall to fill in a mezzanine level, and various maintenance jobs around our new house.: re sealing windows, sealing showers and driilling a hole for a dryer hose etc. His quote was prompt and reasonable and began work the following week. He and Alex did a very professional job. The wall with a louvre window looks great and the workship is of a high standard. They even clean up after themselves and make their own tea with their own kettle!!! I would… highly recommend Earlswood especially if you have young children as they are very tidy workers and are conscious of keeping equipment out of reach of little people.They are also genuinely nice guys and pleasant to have around working in your home."

  "We had a leak over a bifold door, which originated from shoddy work done by another builder. Geoff came promptly to look at the problem. Delivered a detailed quote including a description of exactly what the problems were and what they recommeneded needed done.

  We accepted the quote and the work was done to a very high standard, quickly. They were pleasant on site and I am happy to see the leak is now totally fixed.

  Thanks heaps guys - thoroughly recommend their work"

  "Earlswood fixed two decks for me including one with water damage into the house. I got three quotes in and went for these guys cos I felt they know what they were doing and offered a competitive quote.

  Both Geoff and David were great, very easy to chat to re logistics etc and they were able to ge the job done in the time frames I had.

  Would definitely recommend and these guys as they are not cowboys!

  "Earlswood turned our 1970s Laundry and spare room into a modern and functional guest bedroom, ensuite and laundry. They gave us great advice on design and recommended and arranged the other tradesmen involved (tiler, plumber and electritian).
  We were very pleased with the workmanship and the job was completed on time and the price quoted was accurate.

  "This business is run in such a smooth fashion, rarely seen in this industry. I heard from David very promptly after I first made an enquiry and he arranged to visit and quote the following day. He turned up on time and was personable and detailed. I received my quote very soon after that, as well as a follow up call to see if there were any questions, including an offer to drop off some wood samples. He was extremely helpful and polite and we were very happy with the price.
  Work began the… following week and took the time he said it would and communication was consistent throughout the job so that we were all on the same page. The completed job was exactly what we wanted and the whole experience was a pleasant one - not what Ive unfortunately often had in the past from previous tradesmen. For me, it was the organised and proffessional manner that David had that made all the difference and what makes us feel safe in using him again and enthusiastically recommending him to others."

  "I'd like to thank Geoff, David and Alex for doing a first class job on my renovation. Throughout the six week build process they were responsive, informative, friendly, totally trustworthy and a dream to do business with.

  They are real quality trademen and obviously take a real pride in the work they do. Nothing was too much trouble and any little issues that arose (of which you'd expect a few in a renovation) were dealt with calmly and with consideration to the existing structure.

  They… were competitively priced and came highly recommended by the people I spoke to who had used them before.
