  "We have used the West Auckland branch twice to clean our cream sofa. Having three small children, a cat and a large dog it gets pretty grubby! The first time we used them we were thrilled with the results - looked just like new even though it's 6 years old. The second time we were pretty happy but when it dried there was the odd mark still there. I phoned Jae and they sent the man back out at no extra cost to us to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. He went over it again and it was… perfect! Great service - I highly recommend this company!"

  "He came in @ 4 PM . LATE -pest eradication - told me \"come back in 3 hrs \", came back 9PM but smell was toxic @ doorway, so had to leave in middle of night to sleep at friends home .not heard of since for follow up , tried but no answer. Home stank for months after and sofa[s] are \"stained\" from where he sprayed on \"now irreplaceable\" damaged goods. He did try to get me to get \"upholstery cleaning \"done before he started , but since he did the… damage I was not going to pay more for what he did . 0800 CALL JAE .
