"I had rate this company very highly to start with but then I found out the cost of keeping my warranty of $345 every third year and this is just for moss treatment only! Seem a very expensive charge as they had done a complete restoration and nobody as been up there since if there workmanship was any good why are they not standing behind their product without demanding this mos treatment?. Perhaps they can't trust their own workmanship? You can buy a bottle of wet and forget for way cheaper… boom spray onto the roof and you don't even need to get on to the roof and would be about 60 minutes of work at the most."
"Awesome job done by these guys. they did a restoration on a tile roof and a completely new Coloursteel Roof and guttering on the garage. Both roofs are now colourmatched. They did a great job and kept me informed throughout the process. Shaun came and inspected both jobs to ensure I was happy prior to signoff . All staff that have been involved with this have been easy to deal with "

The owner Kelly could not give a proper answer to my wife as to when the job will take place and when my wife got frustrated with the lack of communication he insulted my wife. His employee Nigel also is extremely unproffessional. I would not reccommend them to anyone or ever use their services"

"Roofcare replaced our 1968 Decramastic tile roof with a new Metrotile roof. It was a fairly complex job. John and his crew were professional and flexible throughout, and great to deal with. They were prepared to work with another company that was replacing our ceiling insulation, even though that arrangement at times compromised their own efficiency. Their pricing was competitive. The owner of the business turned up to do a quality control check before we were sent the final invoice and they… were very responsive to a few minor things we wanted tidied up.

"We had Roofcare replace all our roof and spouting. They were effecient in quoting and started the job on time. The final product was also good. However....their communication is non existant, they left nails and rubbish everywhere, never used edge protection safety, and went ahead with building work never authorised or discussed with us. I would not reccommend them."

"Communication was fairly poor. Job Quote ccepted in April. I had to make 3 calls to get them to give me a starting time. Eventually spoke to manager about lack of communication. Many excuses later, job eventually finished in Late August. Was looking for a sharp roofing contractor to do a few sites but frustrated buy roofcare.Final finish met expectation- eventually."
"Fixed up a job caused by a right cowboy (refer Affordable Roofing). Was prompt & early on the job, was shocked with what he found - but has done a great repair of previous coyboys bad workmanship. Would reccomend Roofcare."

"Best building works contractor that we have experienced in Auckland. Did exactly what what they promised, when they promised to do it. They even followed up to check the works and re-mediated our minor niggles. Expensive for painting a roof but it was the most competitive quote."
"As a complete novice in the arena of roof repair, I contacted Roofcare after it was brought to my attention that tiles on our roof had slipped after a storm. They quoted for a full concrete tile restoration along with 3 other of their main competitors. Roofcare were by far and away the quickest to be in contact AND best value for money. At the completion of the job (which occurred more quickly than I had anticipated - even with the unreliable spring weather) Kelly (a manager) came for a final… inspection and even took my husband up onto the roof so he could pass it off as well. A quote from my husband \"they did a mint job\". The only small thing that could possibly be improved is with regard to communication - a call ahead from them to let me know they were coming could have been nice rather than just arriving (as they did)....however I didn\'t need to be home to let them on the roof really did I Overall, very very satisfied customers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others."
