"The electrician was good and I supplied the bulbs and he was here for 20 minutes and I ended up getting a bill for $188.60 which is a rip-off. The dodgy company put on extra charges like "electrical certification" when there was no certification required or give, Then they slam dunked a $45 "vehicle rate" but never disclosed this in advance.
