"I recently had cause to bring my car in for what I thought was a simple procedure as it wouldn't start. Upon inspection by Ben and his team of it turned out to be a major job with the fuel line which required cleaning, replacement parts and a special tool to complete the job. All in all it turned out to take longer than expected. My car is a Diesel powered car.
They also kept me updated on work progress regularly
My thanks to Ben and the guys for completing what was a difficult and frustrating job.

Definitely recommend these guys for professional A1 service.

"I cannot fault the service I have had from jaybe auto electrical. They did a lot of work and repairs on my elderly campervan. Ben was in constant contact to keep me updated. They went the extra mile to cut down the cost. They worked late in the night to get her roadworthy and safe. The amount they charged was significantly less than I had expected. Awesome service."

"Took in my Toyota Cynos car to be re-gassed... They put the gas in, took it out, informed me of a leak that would need to be fixed first, I had prepaid but they refused to me my money back, despite them changing nothing to my car's AC."

"I initially contacted Jay Bee for a second opinion after my previous mechanic (who had charged me and not fixed a problem) had told me to "just ignore that check engine light". They figured out the fault, fixed it and took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and have continued to do this whenever I have had to see them. They are hard working, knowledgeable, friendly guys and I am glad to be supporting a Kiwi owned and operated business.

"Took our Toyota there to fix the AC. Without checking anything they recharged the system. Then called us up and said that the AC was broken. Great thanks we know.
He then said the to check the electrical system it would cost $800. This is after he charged us for recharging the AC, which it didn't need.
I found the solution on the internet which was to pull the AC relay and bang it a few times.
The AC works great now. Still trying to figure out why they didn't 1. Check that the AC was working before they started the work. 2. Why didn't they suggest replacing the relay.

Typical company just trying to blink the customer into spending money that they didn't need to spend.

    SHAME on you JAY BEE.
